One bite, two bites, three bites, there’s no stopping…these crispy quinoa cakes are great for your finest dinner parties and very healthy. The main ingredients here being Quinoa, a grain crop type plant with edible seeds. These seeds contain, as one of the few crops all nice amino acids….also very high on protein, many vitamins and antioxidants. No need to say anymore here….just double the ingredients.

Equipment you will need:
1. Chopping Knife
2. Cutting Board
3. 2 Medium pots
4. deep frier
5. Large bowl

The recipe in itself is very easy to make, just mixing all the ingredients, making patties out of the mixture and frying it is all it takes to get the  Quinoa patties on your table.  Half an hour should be just about it. Ok, that’s that. You should go make some more!
