Are you an apple pie lover? Well, who isn’t? It’s the All-American classic dessert, but this time made into an Apple-Pie Coffee Power Shake, with no sugars, no fat but on the other side, a lot of protein! The base of this protein shake with apple is Almond milk and a shot of espresso. To make the drink smooth, a couple of spoons of greek yoghurt is added. The preparation process is simple…just add all the ingredients to a blender and spin for few minutes.

A coffee apple shake a day will keep the doctor away! You can even drink this as a morning starter if you are in a hurry or just as an after workout drink to get proteins to rebuild muscle.
