Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or blend
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a pie dish.
  • Mix hashbrowns with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Press mixture firmly into the pie dish to form a crust.
  • Bake crust for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir in shredded cheese.
  • Pour filling into baked crust and reduce oven to 350°F.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes until set. Rest before slicing.

Notes

Let quiche rest 10 minutes before slicing for best texture.
