Adorable Snowman Caprese Skewers

Ingredients
Skewers
- 24 fresh mozzarella balls small size
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 24 black peppercorns for eyes
Instructions
- Wash and dry tomatoes and basil thoroughly.
- Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer followed by two mozzarella balls.
- Insert a folded basil leaf between mozzarella balls to create a scarf.
- Press peppercorns gently into mozzarella to form eyes.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Assemble up to 6 hours ahead and add balsamic glaze just before serving for best presentation.
