Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop parsley and mince garlic by hand.
  • Combine parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir in red wine vinegar and mix well.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while stirring until combined.
  • Let rest 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Best served at room temperature. Stir before using.
