Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 5 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 avocados sliced

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.25 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until emulsified.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry arugula using a salad spinner or clean towels.
  • Slice avocados and gently rinse blackberries; pat dry.
  • Combine arugula, blackberries, and avocado slices in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Add nuts, cheese, or protein for a heartier salad.
