Ingredients
  

Sliders

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cowboy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet, drain excess grease.
  • Season beef and stir in garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Place bottom buns in dish and spread with cowboy sauce.
  • Layer beef, bacon, and cheese evenly.
  • Top with bun tops and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake covered 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
  • Rest, slice, and serve warm.
