Ingredients
  

Bake Base

  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup breakfast sausage cooked, optional
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream until smooth.
  • Stir in seasonings, cheese, bacon, sausage, and green onions.
  • Pour into dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
