Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3-4 jalapeños diced
  • 8-10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, jalapeños, and seasonings until combined.
  • Fill tortillas with mixture, roll, and place seam-side down in dish.
  • Stir enchilada sauce with sour cream and pour over enchiladas.
  • Top with extra cheese and bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
