Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough room temperature

Filling

  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and seasonings over the sauce.
  • Roll dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
