Ingredients
  

Rolls

  • 6 flour tortillas medium size
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices mini or chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay tortillas flat and spread pizza sauce evenly over each one.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
  • Roll tortillas tightly into logs and brush outside with oil or butter.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overfill rolls to prevent leaking. Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt.
