Ingredients
  

Puff Bites

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix goat cheese, cranberries, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
  • Place 1 teaspoon filling in the center of each square.
  • Fold corners slightly toward center to form a pouch.
  • Brush tops with egg wash.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Great make-ahead appetizer. Can be frozen unbaked and baked straight from freezer.
