Ingredients
  

Cranberry Mixture

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Base

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop cranberries and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add diced jalapeños, sugar, lime juice, green onions, cilantro, and salt.
  • Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Spread softened cream cheese evenly onto a serving plate.
  • Top with chilled cranberry mixture and serve with crackers.

Notes

Adjust sugar and jalapeño heat to taste. Best served chilled.
