Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear salmon until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
  • Add heavy cream and Boursin cheese, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice, zest, and herbs.
  • Return salmon to the skillet and simmer gently.
  • Spoon sauce over salmon and serve hot.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture.
