Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water.
  • Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear steak in hot skillet with olive oil. Remove and set aside.
  • Add butter and garlic to skillet, sauté briefly.
  • Stir in cream and Parmesan, simmer until smooth.
  • Add pasta and steak back to skillet and toss to coat.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste. Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
