Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.75 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Add olives and pulse briefly to retain texture.
  • Season with black pepper and adjust to taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl, garnish, and serve or chill before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Great with pita or veggies.
