Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Fig Swirl

  • 1 cup fig jam or fig compote

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing gently.
  • Pour filling over crust. Dollop fig jam on top and swirl gently.
  • Bake 40–45 minutes until center is just set. Cool completely, then chill.
  • Slice into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and clean slices.
