Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz penne pasta

Chicken & Sauce

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • Season chicken and sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  • Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cream and broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  • Add pasta and chicken. Toss well.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
