Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 0.25 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 4 croissants sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add drained tuna to a bowl and gently flake with a fork.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Add red onion, celery, parsley, and basil to the tuna.
  • Fold dressing into tuna mixture until evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Chill briefly if desired.
  • Slice croissants and fill generously with tuna salad.

Notes

For best flavor, chill tuna salad 15–20 minutes before serving.
