Ingredients
  

Chicken Bake

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in the baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix salsa verde, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, and cumin until smooth.
  • Pour sauce evenly over chicken and top with shredded cheese.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.

Notes

Serve over rice, in tortillas, or with vegetables for a complete meal.
