  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup broth

Instructions
 

  • Season tilapia with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear tilapia in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Blend roasted peppers with broth until smooth.
  • Add pepper sauce to skillet and simmer.
  • Stir in cream and simmer gently.
  • Return tilapia to skillet and coat with sauce.
