Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.33 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain tuna well and flake into a mixing bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mayonnaise, mixing gently until combined.
  • Fold in crumbled feta cheese carefully.
  • Stir in lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, and red onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper and adjust to taste.
  • Spoon onto crackers or vegetables and serve.

Notes

Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
