Ingredients
  

Roll Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo dough thawed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • olive oil for brushing

Hot Honey

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, parsley, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil.
  • Place a spoonful of filling along one edge of the phyllo sheet. Roll tightly into a cylinder.
  • Brush the top of each roll with melted butter. Place on baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Warm gently for 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove rolls from oven, drizzle with hot honey, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level. Rolls can be made ahead and reheated.
