Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 3 cups napa cabbage sliced
  • 2 cups red cabbage sliced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked, shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 0.5 cup wonton strips

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup neutral oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine cabbages, carrots, chicken, and green onions in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Top with almonds, wonton strips, and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

For best crunch, add toppings just before serving.
