Ingredients
  

Tart Base

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 2 pears thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp honey plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Score a 1-inch border around the pastry and prick the center with a fork.
  • Brush border with beaten egg.
  • Layer sliced brie over the center of the pastry.
  • Arrange pear slices on top of the brie.
  • Toss cranberries with honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, then spoon over pears.
  • Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, slice and serve.

Notes

Best served warm. Add nuts or herbs for extra texture and flavor.
