Ingredients
  

Tart Base

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 wheel brie cheese 8–12 oz
  • 0.75 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp water

Optional Garnish

  • fresh rosemary or thyme
  • chopped nuts or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Score a 1-inch border around the pastry without cutting through.
  • Arrange sliced brie evenly inside the border.
  • Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
  • Whisk egg with water and brush along pastry edges.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Garnish if desired, cool slightly, slice, and serve.
