Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • pink food coloring optional

Strawberry Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and pink food coloring until smooth.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Swirl in strawberry jam if using.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth top.
  • Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Garnish with extra marshmallows or crushed strawberries, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For a brighter pink, use more food coloring; store in airtight container.
