Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or oregano chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix to form dough.
  • Knead until smooth, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Fold in feta, herbs, and garlic.
  • Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes.
  • Divide into 8 balls and roll into circles.
  • Cook in hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be frozen up to 2 months.
