Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink; remove and set aside.
  • Add broccoli with a splash of water, cover and steam until tender.
  • Lower heat, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  • Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat.
  • Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes; adjust seasoning.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice, pasta, or enjoy on its own for a low-carb meal.
