Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb turkey breast cut into pieces
  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add turkey, season, and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter and cauliflower. Cook until tender.
  • Add garlic and herbs, cook briefly.
  • Return turkey to skillet and toss until fully cooked.

Notes

Add lemon juice or chili flakes for extra flavor.
