Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1.5 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Garlic Butter

  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment and place wire rack on top.
  • Pat chicken dry and prepare three bowls: flour with salt/pepper, eggs with milk, and panko with Parmesan and spices.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  • Place coated tenders on rack and bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over chicken and return to oven 5 minutes.
  • Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.

Notes

For extra crunch, use a wire rack and avoid overcrowding the pan.
