Ingredients
  

Mousse

  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.125 tsp cloves

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream to stiff peaks and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and molasses until smooth.
  • Add espresso, vanilla, and spices. Mix well.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently.
  • Spoon into silicone dome molds.
  • Freeze at least 4 hours until firm.
  • Unmold, decorate, and serve slightly thawed.

Notes

For best texture, let domes sit 10–15 minutes before serving.
