Ingredients
  

Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shaved or grated
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.
  • Warm tortillas briefly on the grill or in a skillet.
  • Fill tortillas with romaine, grilled shrimp, parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
  • Wrap tightly, slice if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Add lemon juice for extra brightness.
