Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 0.5 green apple cored and chopped
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup cold water or ice
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and water or ice to the blender first.
  • Add spinach, banana, apple, and frozen pineapple.
  • Add chia seeds and nut butter.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
