Ingredients
  

Snowball Mixture

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup coconut flakes for rolling
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Mix in condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  • Stir in shredded coconut until thick dough forms.
  • Chill mixture for 30–45 minutes.
  • Roll into 1-tablespoon-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball in coconut flakes.
  • Chill again before serving.
