Ingredients
  

Nut Mixture

  • 1 cup almonds chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 0.5 cup pistachios shelled
  • 0.5 cup cashews chopped
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats

Honey Syrup

  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Toast nuts for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
  • Combine toasted nuts and oats in a bowl.
  • Heat honey, brown sugar, butter, and salt until bubbling.
  • Stir in vanilla and pour mixture over nuts.
  • Press firmly into prepared pan.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Press mixture very firmly for best texture. Chill for cleaner cuts.
