Ingredients
  

Pastry Base

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed

Filling

  • 6 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Score borders lightly.
  • In a bowl, whisk goat cheese, egg, cream, honey, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon filling into centers of pastry squares.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Add caramelized onions or spinach for extra flavor.
