Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3-4 tbsp milk or cream

Chocolate Cups (Optional)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and coat muffin liners. Chill 10 minutes.
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add flour and salt. Add milk until soft, scoopable dough forms.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Spoon dough into prepared chocolate cups and smooth tops.
  • Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until set.
  • Remove from liners, garnish as desired, and serve chilled.

Notes

Use heat-treated flour if serving raw dough to kids for safety.
