  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella sliced

  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby arugula or spinach

  • Layer mozzarella, meats, vegetables, and greens evenly.
  • Roll tightly into a log and wrap in plastic.
  • Chill 20 minutes, then slice into rounds.
