Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, and onion in a bowl.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and egg. Mix gently until combined.
  • Form mixture into evenly sized burger patties.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Cook burgers 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Rest burgers briefly before serving.

Notes
