Ingredients
  

Burger Bowls

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup pickles chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Special Sauce

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Toss diced potatoes with olive oil and seasonings. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked.
  • Mix all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Assemble bowls with potatoes, beef, fresh toppings, cheese, and special sauce.
