Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mash blueberries until slightly chunky.
  • Beat cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Mix in protein powder and almond flour.
  • Add honey and stir well.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Chill mixture 20–30 minutes.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill again before serving.
