Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon fillets dry and set aside.
  • Mix parmesan, basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon in air fryer basket and top with parmesan mixture.
  • Air fry 8–10 minutes until golden and flaky.
  • Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh parmesan and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
