  • 12 oz chicken sausage sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta dry
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Brown sliced chicken sausage and set aside.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in orzo and toast briefly.
  • Add chicken broth and simmer.
  • Add broccoli and sausage; cook until tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan, season, and serve.
