  • 12 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until golden and tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper, stirring well.
  • Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, finish with lemon juice or red pepper flakes.
