Ingredients
  

Bread Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water 105–110°F
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
  • Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  • Fold in cheddar cheese and rosemary.
  • Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside.
  • Shape dough gently and transfer to hot Dutch oven.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For best results, allow full fermentation time and use freshly grated cheese.
