Ingredients
  

Pastry

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed

Filling

  • 6 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 squares. Score borders.
  • Mix goat cheese, egg, cream, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fill pastry centers and brush edges with egg wash.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Cool slightly, drizzle honey, and serve.

Notes

Add caramelized onions or cherry tomatoes for variation.
