Ingredients
  

Hash

  • 1 large cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked or sweet
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add cauliflower florets in a single layer and cook until golden on one side.
  • Stir in chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Season with cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Continue cooking until cauliflower is tender and crispy.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve with eggs, yogurt sauce, or warm flatbread for a complete meal.
