Ingredients
  

Main

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup gochujang
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 oz egg noodles cooked

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced beef to the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over beef.
  • Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  • Shred beef if needed and thicken sauce if desired.
  • Cook noodles separately and add to slow cooker.
  • Toss gently, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing gochujang.
