Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks
  • 8–10 garlic cloves minced
  • 1–2 tsp chili flakes adjust for heat
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 fresh chili optional, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Slice butter into even pieces and melt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Continue to cook until butter begins to brown, then add minced garlic.
  • Stir in chili flakes, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt, and cracked black pepper.
  • Remove from heat and add fresh lemon juice and parsley.
  • Serve warm over your favorite dishes or store in the refrigerator.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
